Welcome to Integrative Women’s Wellness, where we focus on supporting women in their journey to true transformation of their health and well-being. Better health & weight loss resistance is a topic that I am deeply passionate about, particularly in helping women overcome it. In my role as a Registered Holistic Nutritional Counsellor (HCA-RHNC™), Registered Holistic Coach (RHC), and Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP), I am dedicated to guiding you towards addressing the underlying causes of weight loss resistance & help you to feel healthy in your body again.

My philosophy is that short term solutions provide short term results.

It has been proven that quick fixes lead to temporary outcomes. While some may find success with these approaches, I believe women deserve more than just temporary solutions when it comes to their challenges with weight loss. Together, we will address the root of the issue rather than just treating the symptoms. I want you to understand that your struggles are real and valid, and through our partnership, we will work towards rebalancing your body to achieve sustainable weight loss and embrace a body that makes you feel truly confident.

From my earliest memories in childhood,

I have struggled with an body imbalance. Despite experiencing ongoing symptoms, medical tests showed no abnormalities and I was repeatedly assured of my good health. For years, I coped with unresolved issues and persistent symptoms. I accepted there was ‘nothing’ wrong with me from a medical standpoint.  When our bodies are out of alignment, our overall well-being is affected, making daily life a challenge. Hey Jessica! I just wanted to share some small wins for me this week, that I hadn’t even noticed and/or considered! Since planning my meals and being more mindful when I do eat I have cut out my sugar intake by a lot and my cravings are fewer and farther between! My coffee intake during the day is substantially less, used to be 3-4 cups throughout the day but in the last two weeks it’s maybe only 1.5-2 depending on the day. And I finally got the nerve up to pull the scale out…this is usually when things go sideways for me (usually crushes me actually haha). But I told myself that if it hasn’t changed it would be ok…that it would happen eventually…but it did change!!
