Jessica is a dedicated holistic nutritional counsellor, integrative health practitioner, and personal trainer, specializing in assisting women over 40 in reaching their health and wellness objectives. With more than ten years of expertise, Jessica has cultivated a distinctive strategy for weight loss, centred on pinpointing the underlying reasons for weight gain and delivering customized solutions for sustainable fat loss. Understanding the unique challenges that women encounter in their weight loss journey, Jessica takes a comprehensive approach to well-being, acknowledging that lasting and effective weight management extends beyond dietary choices to include addressing various contributing factors such as hormones, emotional stress, toxins, mindset, lifestyle habits, and more.

Transformative Holistic Healing Journey!

My personal struggles have fueled my mission to support other women facing challenges with their hormones, health, or weight. I intimately understand the impact of health issues and hormonal imbalances on our daily lives and well-being.
 
Since childhood, I have grappled with imbalances that went unnoticed by doctors who simply prescribed medication without addressing the root causes of my symptoms. Despite being told I was “healthy,” I knew something wasn’t right, and these unresolved issues hindered my ability to truly live. This realization prompted me to pursue further education and embark on a holistic healing path that resulted in significant improvements in my well-being.
 
Empowered by my holistic journey, I am dedicated to empowering women to reclaim their health and address the underlying causes of their symptoms. My passion lies in guiding women towards feeling validated and discovering lasting solutions to their health concerns.
 
Through my own experiences and teachings, I aim to help women achieve optimal mental and physical well-being. My ultimate goal is to support you in becoming your happiest, most confident self because you deserve to live your best life.
