how to get started

comprehensive intake

During this 60-minute consultation, we dig deep into any health issues you may be facing to uncover the root cause of your weight gain and provide guidance on sustainable fat loss.

By gathering information about lifestyle, eating habits, and health concerns, Jessica will create a comprehensive understanding of each client’s unique needs. Jessica begins by evaluating your health goals, concerns, symptoms, and obstacles within the context of your daily life. By meeting you where you are at, she tailors her approach to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.

New clients will need to complete an online health assessment (approximately 45 minutes) and submit it before the session, allowing Jessica time to review it in advance. This introductory session serves as an opportunity for Jessica to gain insight into your current health, activity, and eating patterns, as well as your goals. The session concludes with health education, empowerment & guided steps to start making lifestyle changes.

wellness follow up sessions

First Consultation Necessary Before Scheduling Appointment. In this 30 minute wellness follow up, we will review your general health goals, discuss next steps, and provide additional support and motivation to help you progress. 

These sessions are particularly beneficial if you require extra accountability, more guided wellness updates, or have specific questions. During each follow-up session, we will assess your overall well-being, symptoms, and how you’re feeling during this process. You will always receive wellness guidance tailored to your personal circumstances outlining your next steps before you leave.

Personal training not only accelerates your progress towards your goals but also provides the accountability and motivation that many of us require. Ready for in-person guidance? My private 500 sq ft studio in West Kelowna caters specifically to middle-aged women seeking weight loss, muscle toning, balance enhancement, flexibility and mobility improvement, as well as pelvic floor or core strengthening.
 
Alternatively, virtual training offers a convenient solution, saving you time and eliminating the need to consider your location or travel to see me. We can commence your workouts right from your home, even without specialized equipment. With a virtual trainer, you’ll receive the accountability and support necessary for a safe, enjoyable, and effective training experience.

  • Creates action plans that assist with goals for overcoming health challenges, weight loss, managing disease and helping to support support protocols, healthy eating, exercise routines and overall wellness goals.
  • A integrative health practitioner understands a one size fits all protocol is not effective and instead takes into account the complete health history, emotional state and lifestyle habits of an individual to assist in discovering the root cause of his or her health issues.
  • Monitor the client’s personal health plan in order to reinforce participation in the achievement of the health goals.
  • Refer the client to other health care professionals as deemed appropriate.
