This is my time!Commencing a weight loss journey is often perceived as a pathway to enhanced health and vitality. However, many women encounter a challenging obstacle known as weight loss resistance. Fad diets, calorie restrictions, weight loss supplements, intense workout regimens, and other seemingly quick solutions do not yield sustainable outcomes. Instead, they offer temporary weight loss, only to be followed by weight regain, a slowed metabolism, feelings of discouragement, and can contribute to the development of weight loss resistance. Rather than prescribing more of what has proven ineffective, we delve deeper into potential metabolic, hormonal, nutritional, toxic, digestive, or physiological imbalances.
Jessica, our registered holistic health & nutrition counsellor™ (HCA-RHNC™), HCA Registered Health Coach™ (RHC™), integrative health practitioner (IHP), and personal trainer specializes in creating personalized wellness plans. She offers tailored guidance to address resistance to weight loss or challenges in shedding unwanted pounds. Through her holistic approach encompassing the entire body, she collaborates with you to optimize gut health, eliminate toxins, enhance nutrition, balance hormones and metabolism, improve eating habits, and implement simple lifestyle modifications that lead to lasting transformations.

By gathering information about lifestyle, eating habits, and health concerns, Jessica will create a comprehensive understanding of each client’s unique needs. Jessica begins by evaluating your health goals, concerns, symptoms, and obstacles within the context of your daily life. By meeting you where you are at, she tailors her approach to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.
New clients will need to complete an online health assessment (approximately 45 minutes) and submit it before the session, allowing Jessica time to review it in advance. This introductory session serves as an opportunity for Jessica to gain insight into your current health, activity, and eating patterns, as well as your goals. The session concludes with health education, empowerment & guided steps to start making lifestyle changes.
book nowFirst Consultation Necessary Before Scheduling Appointment. In this 30 minute wellness follow up, we will review your general health goals, discuss next steps, and provide additional support and motivation to help you progress.
These sessions are particularly beneficial if you require extra accountability, more guided wellness updates, or have specific questions. During each follow-up session, we will assess your overall well-being, symptoms, and how you’re feeling during this process. You will always receive wellness guidance tailored to your personal circumstances outlining your next steps before you leave.
